Got it figured out, I accidentally selected 'skirt', but I'm learning!

This is the second useful item I've designed and am attempting to print. I'm using PLA and the standard settings but the brim prints only 2 or 3 passes around the outline and no infill. Have I inadvertently changed something? I'm not sure even where to look for a fix for the problem.
