  1. In Simplify3D this could be done by using Layer Modifications where you specify changes at certain heights. I'm using Cura 4.8 and the closest thing I can find is Adaptive Layers under experimental, but it's not very customizable, not to the point where I can specify Layer height myself.
  2. Print settings: Layer Height: 0.15 Initial Layer Height: 0.3 Top Layer: 4 Bottom Layers: 3 So, layer one prints at 0.3 and all other layers print at 0.15. I thought, wouldn't it be great if layer 2, 3, and the 4 top layers could also be printed at 0.3 Layer Height like the Initial Layer. It would take the same amount of time, and the height of those few layers wouldn't have a significant impact on quality... But would provide a much stronger top/bottom 🙂 Please let me know if anyone has a suggestion how that can be done. I would really appreciate it.
  3. I love being able to set my Layer Height to 0.15 and the Infill Layer Thickness to 0.3, so that my infill which doesn't need to look good can print twice as fast (infill is only printed every other layer). But when I try to combine this with Extra Infill Wall Count to give my infill more walls... They don't show up 😞 I have figured out that I have to choose between either Infill Layer Thickness or Extra Infill Wall Count, Cura Won't let me do both... I don't see any reason why. Could someone please help find a solution.
