Cannot connect to Ultimaker Cloud

Hello, I tried to add the cloud functionnality to our Ultimaker 3 printer but it doesn't work. The screen "Enabling cloud connectivity" is loading indefinitely. Here are the logs. Maybe a firewall issue ? Thank you in advance 😉 logs.zip
