can you please help i have a xvico printerx3s3d printer i use cura to get my models ready for printing but when i go to add printer i cannot find it on any list can you advice how to get round this problem regards

please can someone help me i have a xvico 3ds printer but it did not come with the micro card i have tried to get in touch with gthe makers but nothing in 4 months i know you have nothing to do with xvico but you do have some tips etc on mods to them and cura does come on the micro disc so is there any kind person out there that could please email me the firmware etc from the disc regards chummy
