  1. Got it again. The print was finished but tye build plate pushed by the printing head.
  2. I got three times the build plate totally displaced like in the picture. And always at the end of the print like others. Was it the same as the core touching the piece, I can't tell. I made a reset on all settings and firmware too see. Maybe making a skirt with both cores make this by setting up a bad altitude variable in the core. The purge is being done quite high in my oppinion. From what I have seen, sometimes the build plate lower from something like 3 centimeters before going to the other side at the end, sometimes not. Now that I made a full reboot, I will see if it happens again and inform here. Until then, thank you very much @gr5 for your orientation!
  3. @gr5 I made a report with both video and picture. Thanks again !
  4. Just made an impression with using both cores, but got the issue. It scratches this piece.
  5. Okay, so in your case it's left to right and purge happened on core 1. Did the height of core 1 (though PLA parts) were significantly higher than the the height of PLA ? My guess is that the build plate adapts to the height of it's own material for the purge and not the max of two.
  6. Thank you very much for your investigation. I am now quite confident that there is an issue when printing only with right core (except the skirt at the beginning) At the end, it hits the front, but mainly it travels from right to left with the plate way to high. My guess is that the new update that enables faster ends has an issue. The cores are travalling in the middle of the print if the build is at top. When there is purge on left core, the build lower just before going to purge right core. But this is the move when you really printed with both cores. I force all my current prints to use both to prevent this issue to happen and further potentially damage the printer. I came in the forum looking for a displaced build plate exactly like the first picture. I was surprised it was on the other side. If they fixed a bug on left to right, maybe there is still one from right to left. II made more than 150 prints before this firmware. It's second time I report an issue using two cores (on Cura last time) and there was a bug last time and it has been fixed. I did gave you the rights to the video, sorry for the delay. And maybe I am doing wrong or that my machine is broken 😕 Cheers.
  7. Sometimes the build plate is so high that it pushes the plate or the piece on it. If you think it could be a calibration maybe, but is it not calibrated at each start somehow ?
  8. It did it again without big push of the plate, probably because the piece was small. And 1. Did not happened, not previous error message. The piece was printed well then it purges #2, then it seems that it went hit the right front with some engine forcing. And then, it goes back, left and front while being to low and scratches the thin object (something like 1 cm tall) I have a video of it, but can't upload that format here. In the video you can hear the sound of the head hitting the piece. By the way, it was the same as #2. Only parts on feed #2, with skirt of #1&#2 only. When there is two colors parts, purge is made on #1 first and when only #2, it does #2 first. But, maybe this is not the reason.
  9. Yes, all pieces were well printed. Maybe I recall once one piece have been removed from the plate meaning that the head may have push on them. Some clues 1. On the last print, I had a message of buildplate elevation fail (which I did not had like this before) I just pressed cancel and restarted the print. 2. On the last print, I did print material on the 2nd head, with pieces only made of the material 2, but I had a skirt made of two on the plate initially. My goal is to film the ending situation, so I go at the printer to film. I have the log of what I think is the end of the last print, but I am not sure it helps.
  10. I had this issues 3 times over the last week, except the build plate is pushed totally on the left at the end. I can't identify the reason but what has been said about the purge is a potential good explanation. I just made a print with Material 2, and I find my plate displace. The push on the engine must be strong to do this, the build plate seems even damaged. Firmware 7.1.0 is installed.
  11. I don't know if it is that issue, but when a do a dual extrusion with Cura 4.9 (first time I try), the first layers is not printed in the "other material" I have a UM5 pro bundle If I make a skirt with material 1, then the 2 is not printed on first layers, if I make a skirt with material 2, it's material 1 that is not printed, the filament is seen in the bowden and the extruded is working in emptiness. I have tried with or without dual extrusion prime tower.
