Solved the problem. I was turning the calibration screws the wrong way too loosen. -- use error🙃

The print bed on our new Ultimaker 2+ is pressing against the nozzle. Can the bed be lowered manually or in Cura settings? I've updated firmware. The calibration screws underneath the bed will not lower it enough to create space. The calibration card should fit between the bed and nozzle, correct?
