Humidity is a very serious problem. I discovered that the cause of the ER 15 error was moisture in the filament. After drying the filament at 50 C for 4 hours, I did not have a problem when I printed. I think the moisture in the filament evaporates while printing at the nozzle and causes a short circuit.

Hi everybody. I have same error like you. My Ultimaker 3 is showing a ER 15 code about 10 minutes into a print, on every attempt. I changed the print core. But this is not solve my problem.
