I've had the same issue. Using an Ender3 Pro trying to print a box with rounded corners modeled by me on openscad. My model looks is very similar to @rh224's model. After reading this thread I downloaded the Cura 5 beta and printed the same model with the same settings.... and voila! the issue is gone. Thank you so much guys!
