I am late to the conversation, but i wanted to share my experience as well. On my ender 3 V2, i measured the Vref for the Y-Axis at 1.20V. I lowered this to 1.00 and my problem has disappeared for my first 8 prints. Thanks to Kevig for getting me down the right path on what to investigate.
