  1. I see, I didn't notice that particular option in the 3D Printer Maintenance menus but I will check and see if I can find it. Thank you!🙂
  2. Thank you so much for the suggestion. I followed below steps if anyone run into the same problem: Go to Preferences → Maintenance → Print head → Print core cleaning After this, I didn't follow any further steps of core cleaning instead I just let the nozzle heat up. Once the nozzle heated, I wrapped a cloth on a screw-driver and wiped all the melted filament and properly cleaned the nozzle. And, that's it! I was actually looking for a separate maintenance option for heating up the nozzle but I didn't know that we can heat-up the nozzle by simply following the core-cleaning steps.
  3. Hello Everyone, I have run into a problem with the Ultimaker S5 Bundle Pro. I had queued up list of print jobs of different colors. After completing the one print job, the printer started another print job. After starting the printing, the material was not able to stick to the build plate and it started printing everything on the nozzle and after sometime stopped printing. Soon as I checked the printer, I immediately removed the print job floating on the nozzle. I performed Hot and cold pull on both the print cores. But when I opened the print head, I saw bad clog there on the nozzle and It has stuck around the nozzle and I cannot find a way to remove. Can anyone please help me?
  4. I have been facing the similar kind of problem. There's the material stuck in the Bowden tube and there's no way to remove it. It's constantly throwing the ER60 and asking to reboot. I have also gone through the Error description for the ER60 on the Ultimaker Support. In the troubleshooting steps, it's asking to manually removing the filament from the starting point but I cannot do this. See the attached pictures. I am the beginner at doing the troubleshooting for the 3D Printer so please let me know the step by step process if anyone can.
