HELP How to stop Cura sending some command to USB COM3 port

After import the .STL into Cura it sending some command to USB COM3 port (CH340) that my Ambibox/Adaligh Led conected in this port. Between 1sec and 1sec Cura send command to COM3 port and my Led blink without stopping
