Thanks Carla! I was forced to break the printer core to remove it from the machine so we could continue to move forward. I tried using heat for a while, but I wasn't able to get any movement from the printer head without pulling it out completely. Pretty unfortunate.

I woke up to this mess. Any ideas on how to clean and/or get the print core out of the printer? To say we're not impressed would be an understatement.
