thankfully that was easier than i had feared and now the printer is happily printing away! If my design works, the students will have their custom mooncake mold to make cakes with next week! thanks again!

I'm a teacher and a noob at printing. Our school's Ultimaker3 has been sitting idle for awhile now. I started a print and noticed no material was coming out. I followed the instructions to clean the heads and tried again, but still not working. I tried unloading the material and it appears the material broke at the feeder and is now stuck inside the tube. Is there a way I can remove it?
