  1. You can also 'mis-use' the backup feature for this (you need an Ultimaker Account though). Create a backup on PC 1, then restore it in PC 2, done!
  2. Hey xli! Yeah, for example I have this one in place: Kind regards, Chris
  3. When I expand it, it shows none of my created tags to filter on. The values are also not in the API response, so it's probably a backend issue. The 2nd screenshot shows that I did in fact create multiple tags in my organization.
  4. No worries, there's no way you could have known 😉 Thanks! I'll continue working on cloud technology at different companies based in The Netherlands.
  5. @Smithy thanks for tagging me, but unfortunately I no longer work at Ultimaker (no worries, it was my own decision), so I cannot help @spacecolonyone out. Probably someone else from the cloud team like @xli can help though!
  6. Great to hear! Can I ask what the issue was in the end?
  7. Hi, You can follow this support article: https://support.ultimaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015583819. Chris
  8. We always try to keep Digital Factory and other Ultimaker products bug free, but sometimes something slips through. Apologies for the inconvenience at this time, and we'll restore the functionality as quickly as possible. To get a clear picture, is the recent history gone from the printer's details page (/app/jobs/{printer-id}) or the new print jobs overview page (/app/print-jobs/history)? Your jobs should show up in both of course if everything works as planned. I personally cannot reproduce, so maybe you can also send me your printer's logs so we can correlate some data. Chris
  9. Hi, I have asked the Digital Factory team to take a look. Chris
  10. Please share your printer's log files so we can check what happened.
  11. Hi, I see the following error: websocket._exceptions.WebSocketAddressException: [Errno -3] Temporary failure in name resolution This usually happens when for some reason the printer cannot perform a DNS request. Often a temporary or local network configuration problem is the root cause. Are you on a network controlled by an IT department that could help you figure out why DNS is not working? Next to this I also see some some errors about the Air Manager. For this it's best to contact your reseller so that the firmware issues are correctly reported to the responsible teams and fixed. Chris
  12. @Gero That's great feedback! To sum it up, you'd be fine with paying a subscription, but the current price bump from 500 to 1500 when you go from 1 to 2 (-5) printers is to steep. I'll pass on this information to our product management people.
  13. Out of curiosity, how much would you be willing to pay for access to this functionality? One time fee? Subscription?
  14. We are currently experiencing an issue with publishing the latest version of the settings guide plugin. We'll get it back in the Marketplace as soon as possible.
  15. Hi, Please share logs with us so we can debug what is going on in your case. Chris
