Which model? The CAD model or the STL?

Question I have regarding print preview...What are the white indicators that are showing up on this print preview, will it affect my print, and is there a way to get rid off them? I thought they might be seams but seems strange to have they in random places.

Below is what I want to print. Below is what Cura is slicing. I don't want a bottom FIRST layer. I do want subsequent bottom layers printed but Cura won't do it. Works great except I don't want the initial first yellow layer (red X). Other top/bottom layers I want (green Check). Also below bottom view shows where I don't want yellow layer and where I do want it (green).
