  1. if I remembered correctly, when you update the stl file, a notification will appear saying the model file has been updated and a button to update the model in cura
  2. i think it might be caused by reducing distance between lines. Try to reset that one and see if it still doesn't slice. if you want to have smooother looking surface, for top layer you can choose ironing, for bottom layer you can change initial layer line width or initial layer flow to lets say 120% or whatever works i'm not a pro but hope this helps
  3. hey man, if your problem is the z seam being weak, I'd suggest you to choose random z seam alignment.
  4. Hi guys, It's been quite long since I switch to Cura and I like Cura, but something has been bugging me for long and I finally figure it out after someone else explained it in a video. So cura's print setting has always been a pack of dropdown menus. It soon gets very annoying when you open the detailed settings and it gets very long. It will help a lot if anyone can make an option to divide these settings into tabs as what other slicer does (also explained in the video). I've seen some plugins that changes the UI (one example is SidebarGUIPlugin by fieldOfView) and I believe this should be very possible. Also if this option is already available (or if there is a plugin that do so), please kindly inform me. You can checkout his video at minute 3:13.
