  1. Hello! I have been having the issue mentioned above for a few hours now and I cannot figure it out. I have tried the following: Updated Firmware. I am now on the newest firmware, 7.0.0 Ran Manual Levelling. I also reset the bed to factory default as per the instructions on the Ultimaker support page, which was fully tighten, and then loosen by two full turns. Cleaned Glass Bed and nozzles. I did the hot press/cold press cleaning method on both heads. There are absolutely no fingerprints or excess print material on the bed when I begin the auto or manual tests. Unplugged Front Fan to check for electrostatic interference (It still failed, so no interference) Checked the capacitive sensor wires inside print head. Both seem intact and connected properly. Factory Reset all Settings. Here's what still happens every time without fail: Start Print After a few moments, the print bed raises up the chamber about halfway and stops After a short pause, the print bed continues upwards Print Head Two is already down from the beginning, and makes contact with the print bed Print Head Two gets lifted and Nozzle One is next Build Plate approached Print Head One and stops short about 1/2 inch away, maybe a little more Build Plate moves like it is tapping the Print Head but is nowhere near Print Fails with one of two messages: "Nozzle offset probe failed. Check nozzles and bed and try again" or "Difference between detected height of both Print Cores exceeds realistic values" What am I missing? MY gut is telling me this may be an issue due to the recent firmware update, but it was doing the same thing this morning, and I updated maybe 3-4 hours ago. Let me know which log files I need to attach and I will provide them. Any help is appreciated! Thank you
