Syntro

I am trying to print thing but when I measure them, they are about 1mm to 1.5mm off, on Cura (4.12 or whatever the newest version is) the measurement is correct, but once it's printed, it's off. Im wondering what settings I need to change to fix this. I have left all settings default. The only thing I have changed was infill, and adding/removing raft. Help please.
