  1. You can set your top layers to 0. This will stop that top closing up.
  2. Had this issue with a customer recently and update of the machine firmware from 7.0.2 to 7.0.3 seems to have cleared the error and the machine is back printing as normal!
  3. Hi, Interesting print! Not quite sure as to the cause of the error you are seeing but 2 options come to mind that may work: Change the minimum layer time to ensure the small features have sufficient time to cool in the print. It may be residual heat from proximity to the head that is causing the issue. You could try to orientate the model upside down and build from the head to toes? Tree support around the head and shoulders and possibly the feet could work? Hope this helps!
  4. Hi, You could try installing the Mesh Tools plugin from the marketplace. This may enable you to make some fixes however if there is more extensive work required to repair the file you may be better off loading the STL into MeshMixer first for repair.
  5. Do you have Enable Ironing turned on for the top layers? You could also try to create alternating angles using the Top/Bottom Line Directions tool.
  6. What is the layer height you are using here? Perhaps going to a smaller layer height will preserve the radius. When you preview the build in Cura does the transition look as it should?
  7. Hi @rustam1997, I found this tutorial very useful when trying to do something similar in Fusion 360. https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-design-validate/multiple-holes-on-a-complex-surface/m-p/6055457#M46723
