  1. I've figured it out: The issue was that my the TPU had absorbed too much moisture. I think what's happenig is that the moisture in the filament vaporizes in the print head, and the resulting increase in pressure causes some of the filament to be extruded prematurely. I fixed the issue by running the TPU through a filament drier.
  2. I placed the printhead back on the rod and snapped the rod back in place but I'm curious if there's something else I should so to make sure it doesn't happen again. Also I'd like to know how it happened in the first place: was there some routine maintenence that would have prevented this?
  3. Recently my printer started completey disconnecting from the Wifi Network after every print. I would have to run through the entire Wifi Connection ruitine in order to get it back on the network again. I recently setup the "Digital Factory" feature on the printer and I wonder if that's the thing that's causing it. Anyone else experience this isssue after setting up digital factory? Note: I have disabled "Digital Factory" and will see if that solves the problem.
  4. During the Active leveling phase of the print, a few CM of filament is extruded and sticks to the nozzle like a plastic booger. So when the Bed touches the nozzle for active leveling two things happen: It causes incorrect bed leveling due to the extra material between the nozzle and the bed The nozzle clogs a bit, such that it does not extrude properly at the start of the print (The purge phase helps this a bit, but not always) This started a week ago after I've been printing with TPU quite a bit. Any suggestions?
