Yeah TBH the only reason the bowden tube is popping out is due to there being so much filament feeding out on a longer print and it now flowing through the nozzle and it having nowhere to go. The first time this happened I came into work that morning during a 30 hour print and there was about 15 feet of filament probably spooled up inside the enclosure above the print head so at the top of the feeder it disconnects the bowden tube as the material continues to flow.
In "normal" conditions I haven't had any issues with the bowden tube.
