  1. Dear Community, my Ultimaker S5 had lots of issues the whole day. Every time a new print is started, it instantly aborts it, even before the levelling procedure. The error message displays only that the print was aborted, without any hints on what could be the problem. I already changed the update channel to stable and installed the stable firmware, but the issue still persists. Does anyone know where I could look for to fix the issue? Kind regards, KF
  2. I just had the same issue with randomly aborted prints on my Ultimaker S5. I changed the Update-Channel from "Latest" to "Stable" and downgraded the Firmware to the newest stable one. Version 6.3 I think. That fixed the issue for me.
  3. Dear Community, sorry for the easy question, but I can't find an answer to this. In this article on how to dry PVA (https://support.ultimaker.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012057799-How-to-dry-Ultimaker-PVA) it is recommended to heat up your build plate and dry the material on it. The problem is, I can't find the option on my Ultimaker S5 to just heat up the plate. I also can't find any option to do this in Cura. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks! Never mind, found it. This can be deleted! PS: If anyone else is interested, on the S5 homescreen press the middle option where you can change materials, then on the Glass plate, and then on the three dots to change the Temperature.
