I've used ultimaker and tinkercad. i cant get the files to show up on the printer. i see the main files and can print the examples. just cant download others or the ones i design.

i bought an ender 3d v2. i know how to print the basic designs that came with the printer but i cant seem to properly download and transfer the prints. sites i've used ultimaker and tinkercad
