Hoping someone can help - on my Ultimaker 3 Extended, the second nozzle, when loading in the filament (PLA) in is kicking back as if the COG isn't turning the right way. Have updated the firmware, taking the back box apart, but still having issues. I've got a few Ultimakers - 2 and 3's, so have good all round knowledge of the printers, just cannot make sense of this one! Thank you, Hayley
