I was about to print a file and I notice the filament was not coming out. I checked and realized that the filament was cracked in different areas in the tube. I did a hot pull like I normally do but the filament will not move at all. I push down with pliers and it will not move at all. I need help getting it out so I can reload the new material.

I have a Ultimaker 3 extended and I am printing using ABS. Once I start the print like normal it usually lets out some of the filament off to the corner. But after a few minutes I come back and see that the filament is stuck on the nozzle blocking the printer from printing. Any idea why this is happening? Also, this print is kinda of tall. After it starts printing for a few minutes the filament just shreds all over the bed therefore I have to start over.

I am trying to unload my material. However, I just here it spinning but the material does not retract like normal. Seems to be stuck. Any idea how to solve this issue?
