  1. 🤷‍♂️ the heater block in the Print core is significantly smaller than the heater block on a Prusa. Additionally the heater rod in a Print core is considerably smaller than a heater rod in a Prusa. I dont know what else to tell you.
  2. You will need to contact UltiMaker Support to get a more detailed answer. UltiMaker does not provide direct support via the community. I was simply sharing what information I am aware of. But simplified answer.. 280c at low speeds can be less thermal demanding than a print at 235c at higher speeds. Its the max potential heat that can be produced by the hotend. The UltiMaker S series is not a high speed printing platform. So your trying to make the machine do something it was never designed to do in the first place. S5 was released in 2018 The print core design was released with the UM3 in 2016
  3. UltiMaker Cura has "Extra Fast" intent profiles the help with this some. But its not advised to try pushing more beyond that.. the profiles are already pushing the limits of the thermal capacity in the print core.
  4. I recommend reaching out to UltiMaker Support directly. UltiMaker does not offer direct support via the community Contact UltiMaker Support Here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
  5. You will want to contact UltiMaker Support. UltiMaker does not provide direct support via the community, I was just offering a tip. Contact here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
  6. Not sure? might be related to being beta release? (bug?)
  7. If no code is generated, this is a network related issue. The following article outlines network requirements here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337958118
  8. Sorry to hear you are having issues. It sounds like a flow sensor cable is loose or unplugged. These would be the plugs going to the feeders on the back of the machine.
  9. These articles should point to some of the information your looking for https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667410778209 https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337917781
  10. UltiMaker has a guide for printing with CPE here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337602543
  11. What your describing sounds like network security restrictions. If you are using Digital Factory see the following article. here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337958118 *Note - All noted requirements on the article are required to ensure no issues. If you still have issues I recommend reaching out to UltiMaker support with your machine's log files guide here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667337561393 contact support here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport UltiMaker does not offer direct support via the community.
  12. Feature requests best to be shared on the UltiMaker Cura github. here: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/discussions The devs are not always on the community forum, so if you want to make sure its seen by the right people its best to share there.
  13. UltiMaker does not offer direct support via the community. I would recommend contacting UltiMaker support directly. here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport With that said the following article should help troubleshoot your issue. here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667410781005 As you mentioned you replaced the fan, its possible this itself is your issue. The electronics in the print head are sensitive to electrical noise. This can be expressed by smashed cables in the print head, faulty/damaged or otherwise out of spec fans, etc. So you cant just replace the fan with a random fan from amazon for example. A sensor value of 223 is basically.. "off the chart" as a bad value, as max accepted is 8. Even your value of 10 points to considerable issues. Anything higher than an 8 points to electrical interference/noise - this is what the article helps you troubleshoot and identify.
  14. To use 3rd party materials on the Method XL is possible from my understanding. But it requires a LABS extruder to accomplish this if I recall. UltiMaker does not offer direct support via the community. I would recommend contacting UltiMaker Support directly for the most accurate response to this question. You can contact support here: https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport
  15. When there is no pin code being shown. This means there is a network related issue. Please see the article I sent you, all requirements must be met.
