After using Cura for the last couple of years, I tried the beta today. I'm a bit amazed that the material handling is still not good. I can change 6 parameters in the material dialogue, in the "print settings", but in the "print settings", using expert mode, I have 18 settings, all connected to the material. Profiles should handle things as quality, material should handle materials. Now it's a bit of both. And pushing Enter closes the settings windows? Really?
