It was the model's normals that were broken! I fixed the normals and tried re-printing it and it all worked out. Thank you!

I have no clue whats wrong with my print, but no matter what I do it keeps coming out wrong! So im trying to print out a simple hollow tube however when I slice the model it automatically fills it in. I have tried turning on and off multiple settings but none of it seems to give me my desired result. Can anyone spot any issues? splinttest.stl
