And it was the power supply... Everything is perfect now So for people questioning, if you can printing without any problem on your UM3 but your leds are flikering time to time, i think it's beginning of the failing power supply before it completly failed. With a new power supply leds lights aren't flikering anymore 😉

So it crash again, i'm going to buy a new power supply...

I completly disassembly my printhead and deep clean it with isopropyl alcool, two things occur to me: - the screw that hold printhead's pcb was a little loose, now it's steady. To be more accurate, the nut was not glue onto the PCB so the screw couldn't be tighten without holding the nut. - there was some oil on the PCB I think it was those two things that occur that crash I just launch a print, i'll be back to tell you if it was these.

Some news, i found a cable that was a little clamp, not cut at all, and change it. Unfortunately nothing change... I'll try dissasemble the printhead and check if everything is good.

Hello, I have a problem with my UM3: it restarts randomly during a print job. I already had this problem a few weeks ago, it disappeared then reappeared. Now it's systematic and random during printing. I first suspected my print head cable and changed it, it wasn't in great condition. That didn't change anything. Here's a list of different info: - original printcores - printbed heating is proceeding normally. - machine fully reset - test with different usb drive - Cura 5.4 and 5.3 firmware I think it may be my power supply failing, but I'd find it odd if it happened randomly during printing and not during heating. I've attached all log files in a zip. Also, is there a tutorial to know how to interpret its? Thank you! log UM3.zip

It seems that new profile are release only for UMS3 and UMS5. I was disapointed too. To bypass that, i quote myself from another website: "You can add a non network printer Ultimaker S3, choose profile and material that you like. Then modify one thing (like add 1°c on material), save as custom profile, export it; Switch back to your UM3 and go to manage material and import profile." It worked but i don't really know if profiles are really best when transpose to UM3.

I've successfully link the camera module to my PC. I've just plug with another micro usb to usb cable, open Camera app in Windows 10 and switch to it. I've replug it in my printer, restart it and it worked perfectly now! To conclusion for this topic: I think that plug it directly in my PC reset my camera module. I've tried plug/unplug camera module few times, factory reset my printer but it doesn't do anything. It has worked only after i plug into my computer and replug it in my printer. Thanks for helping me 😇 EDIT 14/08/2023: I found the exact problem: the micro usb port on the camera module was bent, so as any micro usb port (damn I hate this kind on port) it could'nt connect properly. More precisely, pins inside was bent, so i gently push it back (could'nt really see diffrence visually) but now it worked!

It seems to be a micro usb to mini usb cable: - micro usb for webcam interface - mini usb for board interface I tried to plug the webcam with a micro usb to usb cable and my PC don't detect it.

Sorry for late response, i was away from my printer. I've check cable on both end and it change nothing, can I plug the camera module on my PC to test it?

Hello, I've use in the past UMS3 and had no problem see webcam feedback on local network and Digital Factory. Now on my UM3 i'm unable to see any image on local or Digital Factory. I've tested directly Cura + on different web browser but i only have a loading screen. I've followed few topic on this same problem but nothing resolve my problem. - I have a local IP, can connect to local webpage but no image stream - Keep showing loading with a blue circle moving. - Firmware 5.3.0 - Factory reset change nothing - Digital Factory reset, nothing change - Not working on iPhone app - Tested on Firefox, Chrome and Edge - Unplugged printer electrically Thank you!
