  1. Cura Enterprise 5 is opening .stl files in millimeters when the design is in inches. How do we correct that?
  2. i have a UM S5 and am having a problem with the edges of printed parts curling up when they are printing near the edges of the printing area. If I'm printing multiple parts the items printed in the center of the plate are good, those near the edges have curl up on the edges nearest the edge of the plate. I'm generally using hairspray to help adhesion. I just finished a print of a long part that had to print diagonally across the plate and the left side was firmly attached to the plate but the right side curled up. I printed it twice with the same outcome. Anyone else had the problem? Any suggestions for what the cause is?
  3. I finally disconnected the filament delivery tube at the print head and pulled out the remaining filament, reconnected the tube and loaded the new filament. I left it overnight and in the morning the screen was working again and all is going well. I couldn't salvage the print though, Had to restart it.
  4. On my S5 it ran out of PLA filament overnight last night. The filament end is in the extruder housing, the bed is still hot. But the screen is totally black and I cannot get it to respond with anything. The bed has dropped fully down and the head is in the front left corner. What do I do now? I have tried to load new filament it goes into the extruder housing but won't "clip", and doesn't do anything to resuscitate the screen,
