I am having the same issue of launching Cura v5.1 and getting the locked up white screen of death! I tried the above suggestions, for the most part it worked until it came time to "sync" the the white screen of death. I searched for log files and only found 2. I am running Windows 11 Pro with 64Gb Ram and a Ryzen 9 CPU.
