I moved the TPU to Ext 1, no problem feeding. For whatever reason Ext 2 chews the TPU.

Printing with TPU. After several successful prints I have begun seeing thee attached message. After touching OK and then resume printing resumes until the next fault. In a 100 mm tall object this has happened many times. The extruder drive is clear and the filament feeds freely from the spool. Even pulling a few meters free does not prevent the fault. Where and how does this printer sense filament out?
