Hi all, I have now three broken print cores with this problem: they do not heat up more that 4 deg. The last one was acquired a week ago and printed only once! Sorry @dsp, but I am not sure to understand you. It happens the same with all the models which I load, indepently of the layer height. The last layer (the original model is closed by the top) does not appear when preview, so the model is open by the top).

Hi all, I have a problem with my Ultimaker S5. The filament is stucked in print core, but this time cannot increase the temperature of it because maximum grades which are alowed are 4ºC. It is impossible to definy a higer temperature of 28ºC, and I do not know why this happens. Any solution? Thank you so much!

Hi, I am trying to print a piece with PP (Polypropylene) with my printer Ultimaker S5, but the results are terrible. The warping is considerable and sometimes the pieces cannot keep sticked to the bed for a long time, even I am using a special glue for that (Magigoo). Thank you so much @MariMakes and @Jasonjason. Finally, I head the print core up during 10 minutes and with the help of a needle to facilitate the extraction, ir order to use the welder in the filament next to become it longer and be removed with pliers.
