Good Day all, Recently, my 3d printer (UM S5) is not working properly. First : I did manual leveling many times but it shows me an error massage due to unrealistic leveling and I cannot print Second : The print head when moving in x-axis towards the door of the printer it hit the frame of the machine , I think it exceeds the stop point. I'M NOT SURE WHAT IS THE ISSUE ANY SUGGISTIONS ?
