Marimakes, thankyou for the reply. ill go throught th troubleshooting steps again. I used the marketplace for the CF material but i could not find the correct progile for teh BASF ABS.

I download to a thumbdrive and then plug the thumbdrive into the Ultimaker. Firmware is Version 7.1.3

Thanks for the tips. I have to take a break from th Ultimaker as im out of time to work on it and will take another stab at it next week. I'm at my wits end with this machine.

Hi Folks, I'm ready to throw this machine into the dumpster and desperatelty need help. I am unable to get my machine to recognize new materials. I have switched to BASF ABS and BASF CF, on the recomendation of Ultimaker, and the Ultimaker refuses to see these materials. I did see them for a brief period of time but since software and firmware upgrades i have had no luck. -Yes i uploaded new materials software. -Yes i have turned the machine on and off. -Yes i have updated all firmware and software too many times to count. -Yes all material feeding tubes are unclogged etc. -This machine has about 400 hours on it. -Does anyone want to buy a slightly used Ultimaker Pro? 🙂

Flyntm, This is an ongoing problem with my Ultimaker. Super frustrating. The only material my machine sees are the originol Ultimaker materials that i purchsed with teh machiner which have now run out. Backspooler doesnt make a difference. I have been looking for answers on this for some time and will now post on the message baord. Good luck!
