Cura 5.2.1 showing only Super/Ultra quality profiles with Ender 3 Pro

That was exactly the issue; at some point I selected "Generic PLA 0.2 Nozzle" for the material. Thank you!

Since upgrading to 5.2.1 Cura no longer shows the full list of standard profiles. These were present in all prior versions. The only profiles showing are Ultra Quality and Super Quality. I added a second Ender 3 Pro printer to the configuration, but it showed the same 2 profiles.
