  1. Hey everybody! With my current little project I encountered some issues I cannot remember I had them in the past. I think it's because of the new slicing engine which is capable to alternate the line width to optimize the printing with the target to keep flow constant, at least it looks like that in my project: I have a 0.6 Nozzle and I'm almost always printing with the 0.7mm Wall Line Width setting. In the model above all my walls are multiples of 0.7mm thickness (the middle ones are only 0.7mm walls). As you can see the image, Cura does alter the line width quite heavily up to about 1.15mm Line Width (!!!) . I would like to accept that in some cases Cura decides to print smaller widths (and this is also restrictable to a minimal width in the current Cura Version) but I can not decide to restrict the maximum width. I got best results for my walls with the 0.7mm width and I would like to keep it. The two- big orange lines in the image could also be represented with 3*0.7mm (yes I know its not 4*0.7mm so there would be 1 inner wall only). Is there any way to enforce a constant line width for at least outer walls? Or at least restrict the maximum line width also? In this second image, the wall thicknesses are all the same but at some point cura decides to use two walls or one: Thanks in advance for your time and help! I'm very interessted in your feedback 🙂 [edit1] Lets just have a look at a 1*0.7mm wall and the variety of line widths there:
