  1. Hey ! Bad & good news - you are not alone. We have the exact same problems and we were also on v4.12.1. First I thought it's the Z-axis, but as you can see, the back of the model was printed really good without any issues @0.16mm LH. The model also does not have any anomalies. Problematic is the printed front (most cooling) and it begins after 8-10mm of model hight. These problems are definitive slicer dependant, as "SuperSlicer" does not show these issues at all. It's a shame that Ultimaker dropped CURA support for older Windows versions and stopped the official v4 branch. Many schools here with ~20 printers and older Win7/8 offline machines were all forced to move to another software or upgrade to win10 for big $$$$. Think of it (@Ultimaker) EVERY other slicer on the market runs from WindowsXP upwards without problems !! Forcing useres to use Windows 10/11 is a really bad thing and I can't stand these bad decisions like "but the new framework requieres win10" anymore. So, don't think you get support for CURA v4 here, they made'em easy. Back to our problems: there are many other, more caring users, integrating new features, fixing problems and other stuff to the older v4 branch of CURA. We haven't tested this version, as we moved to another slicer, but it's really worth a try to see if these issues were fixed if you are using an older operating system. You could download the latest v4.20.10 of CURA here: https://github.com/smartavionics/Cura/releases/tag/4.20.10 Or take the other road and get rid of these "outer wall bulbings" with another slicer: https://github.com/supermerill/SuperSlicer/releases/ (SuperSlicer is a fork of PrusaSlicer receiving very frequently updates & fixes) Hope that helped. Godi
