Hi, I've had a product 3D scanned at an established 3D printing company and tried to print the files myself but am running into a few errors that may be related to the quality of the scan as the object is about the same diameter as a mug with some details that might be hard to capture / print. Below are screenshotws of the model and the sliced view of the model, any adivce on how to prevent the central "hole" from being filled in would be much appreciated. I've tried putting the model through an online stl repair site to no avail.
