Yes I know the gcode to use, but I can't figure out how to get cura to apply it per filament. I'm only printing one filament at a time. I'm not sure how changing fan speed based on layer helps.. I want to set it per filament.. like if I'm printing ABS I need one speed, if I'm printing PLA I need another speed so I can tune it to not smell but also not have so much cold air sucked in the part warps.

I have a gcode controllable chamber exhaust fan. I'd like it set different speeds based on the filament. How do I do that?
