Hello UM community, I did a number on our UM printers yesterday and thought it would be a good idea to update the firmware. Whilst uploading onto our UM2+, I stupidly pressed for the UM2 firmware and now the material is moving in reverse. I know this is a firmware issue and struggling to find the original to fix the issue, but UM have discounted that machine and unable to find anything. A factory reset didn't work. Can someone help me please. Thank you in advance Gavin
