Hello, I'm looking for ideas on how to maybe fix a display that is not working well. The UM S3 is a touchscreen interface and is not responding to touch anymore. A firmware update occurred in Feb and I have been unable to interact with my UM S3 since. I have tried the Micro SD recovery and the display is still not responding. I have also tried different Brand new HDMI cables from the display to the board and no change. Display sometimes will respond to touch if I hold my finger on it. But it is hit or miss on whether is responds the way I ask it too. Please does anyone have any suggestions. I have contacted my reseller support and they suggest I replace the display but I am unable to locate any replacement parts for the display. My printer is out of warranty. Any suggestions or advise would be greatly appreaciated.
