I would really appreciate any suggestions regarding this issue. It seems I cannot print in vase mode without a seam being produced on the part. I have attached the project file, and when the nozzle path is played back for any given layer you can see how the nozzle double backs on itself during a layer change which then creates a seam. While the seam isn't visible (I think) in the slicer, it is definitely visible on my part. I have tried simplifying the part, playing around with the mesh in Fusion360, but nothing appears to get rid of the seam. I have printed using spiralized outer contour in the past with no issues, but it may have been an older version of Cura. I am currently running 5.3.0. Thank you in advance for any help.
