I'm getting something similar with a calibration cube when it goes from solid to perimeter on my UM3 I just installed new bond tech extruders and made the changes to the setup file like instructed. Otherwise the print looks good. Carefully using a micrometer the bottom few layers I measure the cube as 19.85mm. should be 20mm. And the perimeter walls are 20.15mm instead of 20mm.
