  1. Hello, I'm pretty new to 3D printing but I'm very technical. I have an object that needs a combination of supports (Normal and Tree) and I was wondering if it is possible in Cura 5.3.1? When I print the object with Normal supports (Everywhere), the one support that isn't touching the build plate is impossible to remove without marring the surface of the print. When I print the object with Tree supports (Touching Buildplate) that same area is supported perfectly and the tree support is much easier to remove. However, the surface finish of the object that touches the tree supports everywhere else is not very good (stringy looking). So, with a combination of supports, I could get a nice surface finish with Normal supports and easy to remove Tree supports for the problematic area. If this isn't possible in Cura, is there any other way to add supports for my situation? I installed the "Custom Supports Cylinder" plugin but those seem to only be placeable from the build plate, which wouldn't work in my situation. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
