The version of Cura which comes on memory card with Elegoo Neptune 3 plus is definately designated 4.8.0 but that is reall of no interest since I followed the upgrade to 5.3.1. .3mf file attached thanks regards Dave EN3P_Cab front.3mf

Ive been having problems with Cura ever since I upgraded to 5.3.1 from the 4.8 that came with my Elegoo Neptune 3 plus I have made little or no changes to the out of the box package. I have chosen PLA, 0.2mm layer, 100% fill (the component is essentially flat and 2mm thick) I went for raft the phot on the left shows the raft printed perfectly and then the filament just touches down semi randomly althogh it repeats the pattern several times. In desperation I downloaded Prusa Slicer 2.5.2 and sliced the same .stl file with the same options which printed perfectly (although removing the raft was a nightmare) Any suggestions as to how I might diagnose the problem? Clearly going through the gcode line by line is not something I can do without knowing what to look for. The slice by slice view in Cura shows no hint of a problem in the layer after the raft.

I know that there are numerous tutorials, but as a new user I find that I cant watch a tutorial and set up cura at the same time. My printer was supplied with V4.8, I'm happy to upgrade but really could do with some printed documentation.
