I was moving my ultimaker from one office to my home to use it for the weekend. Big print project and I wanted to do the finisging touched here.

anyway, I was cleaning it up a little and spotted that one of the small tightening screws in the belt pully was missing.

I have just spent the last 40 minutes looking evey where and cant find it.

the belt pully is moving during printing and thats not really good.

can some one tell me where i can get a replacement fast ??

thanks guys.

Ian :)

    IKEA.

it is a M4/0.7mm set screw, which is also used for in the DEKA/DIGNITET curtain wire system, and you can get a single one at the service desk, asking nicely. but regular hardware stores should cary them as well.

if all fails, cut off 5-6mm from a M4 screw, and cut a slot for a flathead screwdriver.

Just take the set screw from the pulleys on the driven axle and put them on the pulleys on the driving axle. The driven axle doesn't NEED to have the pulleys rigidly attached. I'm running without those four screws (two per driven axle) and it works fine.
