Ok, gut. Das war die Erfahrung eines Users. Darauf würde ich mich nicht einzig verlassen. Ich habe mit dem Olsson Block schon weit über 50mm/s gedruckt - das geht auch. Und wenn es wirklich eilig ist und die Qualität nicht sooo wichtig, dann packt es auch 100mm/s (bei entsprechender hoher Temperatur natürlich).

    Hallo,

    ich weiß bissl Off-Topic, wollte aber mal meine Erfahrungen mit dem Olson-Block mitteilen.

    Es kommt meiner Meinung nach nicht so auf die Geschwindigkeit des Kopfes bzw. Menge an Kunststoff an der die Qualität (entspricht IMHO dem Filamentdruck vor der Düse) begrenzt sonder einzig auf die Fließgeschwindigkeit in der Düse. Daher kann ich bei gleicher Geschwindigkeit und gleicher Menge in mm³/s mit einer 0,8 mm Düse (Layer 0,1mm) fast 40° kühler drucken als mit einer 0,4mm Düse (Layer 0,2mm).

    Da die Fließgeschwindigkeit des Materials in mm/s in der 0,8mm Düse nur ein Viertel der in der 0,4mm Düse entspricht und das Material daher nicht so flüssig bzw. heiß sein muss.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
