Hallo zusammen,

Ich lerne momentan den Beruf Mechatroniker und habe jetzt dann meine Abschlussprüfung Teil 2. Als Projekt für meine Abschlussprüfung hab ich mich dazu entschieden einen eigenen 3D-Drucker zu bauen.

Ein bisschen Erfahrung mit 3D-Druckern habe ich schon. Habe von German Rep Rap den Protos V2 aufgebaut und bin schon seid Wochen dauerhaft am drucken. Die Z-Achse baue ich mit einem Riemenantrieb welcher 4 Gewindestangen (in jedem Eck eine) antreibt und somit die Z-Achse gleichmäßig nach oben bzw. nach unten befördert. Die X- und Y-Achse möchte ich ähnlich wie beim Ultimaker aufbauen.

Mein Heizbett baue ich selber. Das selbstgebaute Heizbett ist auch schon bei dem Drucker von German Rep Rap Protos V2 vorhanden.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir einige Tipps geben und mir ein bisschen weiterhelfen.

    Hallo,

    Leider kann ich deine Links nicht anschauen, aber da ultimaker nur eine angepasste Version von Marlin nutzt kannst du umgekehrt sicher auch das Hotend irgendwo anderes verbauen. Ob nun das des Ultimakers gerade das beste am Markt ist mag ich nun nicht einzuschätzen/zu bewerten.

    Bei deiner Z-Achse mit 4 Gewindestangen mache ich mir etwas sorgen ob sich das nicht unter Umständen sehr leicht verkeilt, scheint mir etwas über bestimmt zu sein.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
