bonjour à tous,

j'ai un problème avec mon ultimaker 2: j'ai remarqué que le distributeur de matériau n'arrive pas à pousser la matière jusqu'à la buse: j'ai fait un marquage sur le filament (PLA) et il reste coincé à un centimètre de la tête d'impression.

    Plusieurs solutions pour plusieurs problèmes :

    Ton filament a été rongé par ton feeder ( distributeur ) suite au bouchage de la buse ou à un défaut d'extrusion. Il faut sortir complètement ton filament du tube ( change ) et couper après l'endroit rongé. Tu peux aussi à l'aide d'un briquet ou outil arrondir l'extrémité afin de faciliter l'intrusion du filament.

    Mauvais remontage du coupleur téflon.

    Tu peux aussi le couper en pointe pour qu'il entre plus facilement dans le Teflon, et/ou pousser avec la main lorsque tu vois que ça bloque pour le faire passer et aider un peu le moteur

    bonjour,

    j'ai remarqué que le téflon est déformé de façon qu'il formait une butée pour l'avance de filament: solution temporaire: découper en pointe le filament et le guider avec une petite tige lors de son entrée dans le téflon (en attendant que je reçoive des nouveaux téflon)

    satané téflon!

    et certains filaments sont beaucoup plus durs, donc quand tu coupes le bout cela fait des arêtes plus marquées qui butent facilement sur le dit teflon.

    Sur l'UMO, je me pose même plus la question, je pousse le filament à la mains jusqu'à ce que ça sorte de la buse (chaude, cela va sans dire), puis je réenclenche le feeder et je lance l'impression.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time.
